Are you using Symplify Social to target contacts and synchronize them to Google?
If so, you should probably pay your marketing consent a visit since Google is releasing additional requirements:
Google is releasing changes to the Google Ads API and the Display & Video 360 API as quickly as possible so that our developers have time to make application changes before DMA starts being enforced, expected March 6, 2024. Review the EU user consent policy for a reminder on our consent requirements for users in the European Economic Area.
Symplify has taken actions on the technical aspects of this update but as a company you may need to update your marketing consent in order to be aligned with the new requirements.
Making sure you have the right consent can either be to include this in your general marketing consent or adding a new type of consent (a new attribute in Symplify) to include when targeting contacts to Google.
Symplify will assume all contacts being synchronized to Google has consented to this type of marketing.
