Audit Log is an add-on running behind the scenes storing events happening on your account. If you are interested in this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Activating the Audit Log ensures transparency and security by tracking changes made within the platform. It provides a history of user actions, helping to monitor activity, identify modifications and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
The log allows you to view changes made on
- account level
e.g. project settings changes or skins updates - editing level
e.g. editing a journey or updating a segment - segment tests
e.g. testing segment with user count - exports
e.g. running a segment or a manually triggered scheduled export. - imports
e.g. running a manual import or changes related to import processing - delivery filters
e.g. changes made to delivery filter configurations
Any actions taken by API users are not included in the log.
