The new menu panel is located on the left side of the screen and is available across all updated pages in the platform.
By default, the panel is collapsed to show only icons. When you hover over it, the panel expands to display full section names and options. This makes it easier to navigate while keeping your workspace uncluttered.
The menu includes links to key sections such as campaigns, automation, segments, and more.

The navigation allows you to access all your sendouts across channels from a single page.
Using the Create Button
In sections where content can be created, a blue Create button is available in the right-hand corner of the screen. While it's not part of the left-hand menu itself, it's always visible alongside it and gives you quick access to create new campaigns, journeys, segments.
1. Locate the Create Button
The blue Create button appears in the right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click to Open the Quick Create Panel
Clicking the Create button opens a panel on the right-hand side of the screen. From here, you can quickly choose what to create without leaving your current page.
You’ll also notice a smoother experience as you move around. The new layout means less jumping between pages and more doing. With the updated left-hand menu, you can quickly access key parts of the platform and swap between sections without full page reloads. It’s faster, more intuitive, and keeps you in the flow.
