The report overview brings everything together on one page, giving you a full picture without jumping around.
Click Reports in the left-hand navigation panel.
Use the left-hand menu to filter by general overview, channels, automations, multi-step campaigns, and more.
Once you’ve picked a category, you can dive deeper with date range filters. Go even further in email or SMS views, where you can break down stats based on where they came from, journeys, campaigns, or see it all in one go.
The date range filter, when used while viewing a channel breakdown, allows you to see how statistics evolve over time by capturing any activity within the selected timeframe. For example, a sendout delivered to 100 contacts yesterday generated 20 clicks that same day. Today, 5 more contacts clicked. When you filter the view for yesterday, you will see 100 sent and 20 clicks; when you filter for today, you will see 0 sent and 5 clicks.
Once you’ve made your selection, you can refine your results even further by clicking directly on the column headers to sort, or by using the filter button on the right side of each column. This lets you search, select specific values (like a project), or choose a range, depending on the type of data in the column.
Here are a few examples of the columns you can filter:
Name – The name of your sendout or campaign.
Type – Whether it’s a Journey, single-step campaign, multi-step campaign, etc.
In journey – The name of the journey, if the sendout is part of one.
In multi-step campaign – The name of the multi-step campaign, if the sendout is part of one.
Opened – How many recipients opened the email.
Clicked – The number of times links in the email were clicked.
Created date – The creation date of the sendout.
These are just a few examples, and you can filter through additional columns for even more detailed insights.
