We’ve introduced a new, more intuitive UI in Symplify to make your daily work easier and faster. Here are answers to the most common questions to help you get started smoothly.

 

Navigation

Q: What is the main difference between the old and new UI navigation?

A: The old UI had separate pages for each channel, while the new UI consolidates all channels on one page for campaigns and other main sections.

 

Monitor

Q: What is the "monitor" section?

A: The "monitor" section (formerly "progress center") is where you can see everything happening in the system, including import history and feedback.

 

Automation

Q: Are there improvements to journey reports?

A: Yes, journey reports load faster in the new UI, and filtering is improved, especially for a high number of journeys.

 

Reports

Q: What is the "reports" view in the new UI?

A: The "reports" view is a separate section for analyzing statistics, distinct from the operational view for creating and managing campaigns.

 

Segments

Q: What is new with segments?

A: Segments are now a separate main menu item due to their importance and high usage.

Q: Is there an option to revert to the old editor for segments?

A: The option to revert to the old editor is only for internal testing and not available to clients.

 

Design

Q: Is there a new template/skin editor?

A: Yes, there is a new visual editor for templates and skins, allowing users to preview and make changes directly.

 

Account settings 

Q: What is changing with account settings?

A: Account settings will have a new layout with sections for content, users, and settings, making it easier to navigate and manage various configurations.
