This article describes how you can change the position of your link tracking.
You can manage the placement on Settings > (Integration) Tracking > Tracking placement where you simply select your new option in the dropdown.
Note that it is only in rare setups where you will have to consider a placement change. The default setup is the common configuration.
Heads up! Changing this setting will affect clicks on links in already sent messages.
Default setup
The tracking you set to be applied on all URL's in your sendouts is by default added after the query, before any fragment (#) in your link URL.
If you've added this link in an email:
https://example.com/page#viewAnd have this tracking set for your account in Symplify:
medium={{message.channel}}When the link is clicked, the final URL including the added tracking will look like this:
https://example.com/page?medium=email#view
Optional setup
For rare setups however, there is an option to instead add tracking after your fragment instead. With running with this option, your final URL will look like this:
https://example.com/page#view?source=email
