To export campaign statistics, head over to the Reports section from the left side menu. Then choose the specific channel that you want to download the statistics for.
Overview statistic export
To download an overview of the specific channel campaigns, simply stay in the overview:
You can first choose which columns you would like to have included in the export. To do this, click on the options button (three dots) and choose Column order/visibility. By default, all of the options will be chosen, but now you can tweak which information you would like to have in your export. Lastly, make sure to change the dates depending on which time period you would like to have the overview export done on. After that, simply press the options icon (three dots) again and this time click Download, and a .CSV file will be downloaded.
Specific sendout export
From the Reports section, find and open the delivery from where you want to export the detailed statistics and click on the tab Download icon in the top right corner.
You will now be presented with the option to choose which contacts should be included in the export; people who received, opened or unsubscribed? The choice is yours! You can also include specific attributes for each contacts, so simply press on Add include the ones you feel are relevant for the export. Lastly, press Download and the export will start.
