What is it and what can I use it for?
Performance insights (PI) is a statistics report tool that will help you analyze your data to better understand your customers.
You can overview and analyze complex data completely on your own and visualize it in beautiful graphs and charts. Performance insights stores all your data: the customer data you’ve added to your Symplify account and the Symplify response data. This combination of data and the powerfullness of the tool gives you the possibility to customize your reports to understand the behavior of your recipients.
Performance insights comes with a number of predefined reports in different areas that will inspire you on how to use the tool. You choose to use the standard reports, customize them or create completely new ones. By adding filters or groups you can easily build the reports you need.
