Journey status segment

To create a segment matching contacts in relation to Journeys your first select Journey status under Journeys in the add-pop up.

On the segment workspace, click on the dropdown to select what status you want to base your segment on: 



  • Has entered / has not entered
    target contacts who previously have (not) entered a journey OR currently are (not) in a journey.
  • Is in / is not in
    target contacts who are currently (not) in a journey
  • Has exited / has not exited
    target contacts who previously have (not) been in a journey


You can select to match contacts who entered any journey in any project or narrow it down on a project level.

Under Show more you can add a timeframe for when the status criteria should have been fullfilled.


You can also narrow down to a specific journey and version of the journey.
