When creating a voice call, you need to, besides settings for project, list and segment, also add a caller. This is your company number. Recommended format is 00[country code]123123.
Make sure you perform test calls to ensure your caller.
Go to content to start editing.
Nodes
A node is a chunk of content and your call can consist of one or several nodes. If your purpose is to provide information you can use one node alone. But if you want the receiver to respond to your call, you can nestle your call into several nodes (accessed by different digits).
By clicking Add new nodes you will enable the option to nestle your call. Whereever you see a plus (+), you can make an addition.
Events
A node must consist of at least one event, the event will be exposed for the receiver. You can select to:
Play audio
Upload an audio file that will be played when the receiver reaches the node.
Text to speech
Enter a text that will be transformed to speech.
Actions
For each node, you can add actions. Actions will be executed in the background on contact level when the receiver reaches the node.

Test
Go to the Test tab when you're ready to test and select a test list. When you get the call, you need to answer to start the first event (don't be silent).
Send
You can send your campaign immediately or schedule it for later:
Generate now, send later
Messages will be created as soon as you confirm (or your sendout is approved). Any contact data updates from the confirmation time to the actual scheduled time will not affect the sendout.
By using this option new recipients that enters the list after the confirmation (and match the list segment, if any) will not be included in this sendout.
Any recipient data updates from the time you hit Send to the actual scheduled time will not affect the batch. This also means that targeted recipients, that may have opted out from your list after your message generation, will still be included in the batch.
Generate later, send later
The second type is a delayed generation of your messages, all messages will be created at the time of the sendout.
By using this option any recipient data updates from the time you confirm the sendout to the actual scheduled time will affect the batch. New recipients that enters the list (and match the list segment, if any) from the confirmation time to your scheduled time will be included in this sendout. Also, targeted recipients can opt out from your list until your scheduled time and will not be included in the batch.
