Abandoned cart

Abandoned cart sends automatic reminders to customers who added products to their shopping cart in your online store but left without completing the purchase. A reminder can include the products they left behind, links back to the cart or a special offer.

Note: Abandoned cart is an add-on. Contact your Customer Success Manager to activate it.

Once your abandoned cart flow is set up, customers who leave items in their cart get a follow-up email automatically. To get started, see Abandoned cart setup.

Find your abandoned carts

Go to Automation and select Abandoned carts under Type. Click a name in the list to open it. The Overview tab shows the statistics for the selected date range. Change the date range with the date picker in the top-right corner.
