DataHub rules

DataHub rules enables you to create segments based on the data you store in DataHub. 

The conditions are semi predefined and you can add parameters to target your specific group of contacts.

Available conditions:

1. GGR
   Gross Gaming Revenue defined as bets - wins
2. NGR
   Net Gaming Revenue defined as bets - wins - admin expenses
3. DEPOSITS
   Funds deposited into a player's wallet
4. WITHDRAWALS
   Funds withdrawn from a player's wallet
5. IS VIP
   Denotes the status of a VIP customer
6. HAS DEPOSITED
   Returns all players who have paid a deposit in their lifetime
7. TO
   Turnover defined as the fiscal amount wagered - This is the amount wagered in terms of money not number of bets. For example you can use it to select players who wagered more than 300 euros in the last 7 days.
8. NUMBER OF BETS
   Return all players who have placed specified number of bets in their lifetime or specified time period.
9. NUMBER OF WITHDRAWALS
   Return all players who have done specified number of withdrawals in their lifetime or specified time period.
10. NUMBER OF DEPOSITS
    Return all players who have done specified number of deposits in their lifetime or specified time period
11. BONUS RELEASED
    Denotes the currency amount of bonus released
12. BONUS CONVERTED
    Denotes the currency amount of bonus converted
13. NUMBER OF BONUSES RELEASED
    Denotes the number of bonuses released to player - Bonus released is when a bonus is given to a customer before wagering requirements have been fulfilled, converted is after the wagering requirements are completed
14. NUMBER OF BONUSES CONVERTED
    Denotes the number of bonuses converted by player - Bonus converted is after the wagering requirements are completed
15. IS TEST
    Denotes if the customer is for test only
16. V DAYS CHURNED
    Returns players who has not placed bets for a number of days
17. HAS WAGERED ON EVENT
    Returns all players who have wagered on event - Applies to sports betting
18. MORE THAN X BETS ON Y SPORT IN THE LAST Z DAYS
    Returns all players who placed more than x bets on y sport in last z days (or between two dates)
19. MORE THAN X BETS ON Y CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE LAST Z DAYS
    Returns all players who placed more than x bets on y championship in last z days (or between two dates)
20. MORE THAN X BETS ON Y EVENT IN THE LAST Z DAYS
    Returns all players who placed more than x bets on y event in last z days (or between two dates)
21. MORE THAN X MULTIPLE BETS ON Y IN LAST Z DAYS
    Returns all players who placed more than x bets on y event in last z days (or between two dates)
22. HAS PLACED LIVE BETS
    Returns all players who have placed live bets in their lifetime
23. NUMBER OF BETS IN SPORTS
    Return all players who have placed required number of bets in sports. This is a subset of rule 8, but excludes bets in casino.
24. BC OVER DEPOSIT RATIO
    Return all players who have the specified "bonus converted over deposit ratio".
25. BC OVER NGR RATIO
    Return all players who have the specified "bonus converted over net gaming revenue ratio".
26. HOLD RATIO
    Return all players who have the specified "hold ratio".
