Why do I receive my tests in my spam folder and what can I do to receive them in my inbox?

Answer:

It is possible that your company's computer filters do not accept receiving emails from its own domain name (the sender's domain name is the same as the recipient's domain name.).

To correct this situation, you need to add the sender's IP address to the "whitelist".

The IP addresses we use in North America are as follows: between 184.107.113.1 and 184.107.113.255.

In Europe, the sequence ranges from 81.201.223.1 to 81.201.223.255.

You must include the entire sequence, which includes all 255 IP addresses in the range.
