How can I separate scheduled exports in my dedicated folder on my SFTP?

Yes. Put the folder name at the start of the File prefix, followed by a slash. Each scheduled export then writes its files to its own folder. Create the folders on your SFTP server first.

Set the folder for an export

1. Go to Settings > Import & Export and open the Exports tab.
2. Open the scheduled export, or click Add to create one.
3. On the To where tab, set Send file to to FTP and choose the FTP account.
4. Enter the folder and file name in File prefix, for example folder1/file1.
5. Click Save.

Example

• Export 1: File prefix folder1/file1, File suffix .txt, Date format yyyy-MM-dd
• Export 2: File prefix folder2/file2, File suffix .txt, Date format yyyy-MM-dd

Export 1 writes its files to folder1 and export 2 to folder2, with the date in each file name.
