Say hi to the new Symplify User Interface! Check out our small teaser.
We are introducing a new interface, starting with top layer pages of the platform (main menu + one click).
Our goal is to streamline the workflows cross the Symplify ecosystem and open up for new and more flexible solutions. In this article you can find a summary of all the articles related to the New UI.
In this first step, the new interface will affect:
- Dashboard
- Main menu and navigation
- Campaign Overview
- Automations Overview
- Monitor (Progress center)
- Reports
- Contacts
- Segments
- Account settings
In the top right you can find a feedback button - all your thoughts are in interest for us so please let us know what you think or if something isn't working as you thought it would! Thanks!

Dashboard
The dashboard displays Journey information, a list of your available segments and your latest campaign drafts. It also includes information related to Dynamic Web if it's included in your package.

Main menu and navigation
The main navigation is updated and streamlined across all our products. It will appear as a panel on the left side of the screen and will be accessible from all pages within the platform.
When you hover over the panel, it will expand to reveal full menu options, making navigation both space-efficient and easy to use.

Using the Create Button
A blue Create button is available on the right side of the screen in sections where you build content — such as campaigns, automation, segments, and more.
This quick-create option makes it easy to start something new without leaving your current view.

Overviews
All overview pages are updated, and when we talk about overviews, we are referring to the pages where a bunch of different things you have created are listed for you to find. This can be e.g. Campaign drafts, journeys or segments.
The overview hierarchy will be slightly updated with campaign and automation overviews cross channels. This means that when you enter Campaign drafts, you will see all your drafts, regardless of channel. To narrow your view, you can filter on Channel.
In Campaigns you may see both campaign types Multi step (Campaign manager flows) and Single step (old campaign module).
By clicking the arrow on multi step rows (Campaign Manager) you will be able to see the individual send steps within the campaign.
The Campaigns and Automation pages are where you do your everyday work with editing your communication. With the new interface you will no longer see any reporting from here.
You will still be able to see your sent campaigns from here and copy them to drafts but the overview statistics has a new address. To able to provide more statistics over time we are adding a new category; Reports, gathering statistics for all sending modules.

Monitor
What you previously knew as "Progress Center" is now "Monitor". On Monitor you will find the latest processed activity on your account.
You can filter your view on Status and/or Type. You can also search and change your timespan.

Reports
Reports are found in the menu.
On the left, you can filter your view by type. On the right, you can search, adjust the timeframe, and customise column order and visibility.

Contacts
All your recipient data is stored in a database which you use whenever doing a sendout or analyzing customer activity. To find your databases, simply navigate to Contacts on the left side menu, and you will find an overview.

Account settings
The Account settings include the same settings but are now divided into three categories: Content, Users and Settings Just like the rest of the UI, Account Settings now has a left-hand menu that lets you move between different sections without jumping around.
Some settings have been renamed or relocated in the new UI. You'll find a guide showing where to find them now in this article Accounts settings - differences between the Old and New UI.
